The only minor drawback was the noise from the night club, which affected the quality of sleep.

Excellent location I.E. safe and nearby main attractions in Bukit Bintang area, helpful and friendly staff.

You can ask for additional items for your room without any extra cost, such as slippers, shower cap, and other bathroom items.

There are some mosquitoes in rooms but I already inform them of this issue.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to shopping malls, Monorail, Twin Towers and many famous landmarks. We found many amazing local restaurants nearby and enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff.

The staff is nice and with good manners, the hotel security is quite good althought it located in the middle of the city as they locked the front door during late at night...^^

Location, location, location. Clean and sufficient. A safe in the room. Modern. Literally 1 min walk to Lot 10 shopping mall and 15 min walk to the Patronas through an air-conditioned passage. Wi-fi.

You have to notify the hotel staff that you want your room to be cleaned and that you need a new towel. If you travel with a lot of luggage you will have very little room for your suitcases.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location is perfect, as it is close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the main shopping area. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including toiletries. Plus, breakfast is included!

One small area for improvement would be the loud music from the pub opposite the hotel.
